Let's get back to this interview...
[01:47] Step 2 - Set and accomplish goals: Doing so is evidence of your confidence. Telling yourself you're confident without having anything to back it up is sheer arrogance. But neither is your value defined by your accomplishments.
[02:27] Know that you're enough just the way you are. But you can be more if you work on yourself. Strike a balance between self-acceptance and self-motivation to achieve more. Motivation should come from a place of good self-talk.
[03:37] Depression to anxiety is a continuum.
[04:31] Step 3 - Adjust your posture: Posture plays a part in how we feel. Taking deep breaths helps when we are anxious and to self-regulate.
[07:29] Step 4 - Remember past achievements: Take a step back and celebrate your achievements. Build your pride even from small goals. If it took an effort from you, then it's an achievement.
[09:41] Step 5 - Seek help: You can do the work by yourself. But working with a coach is like fast-tracking the work. Get help because it's okay.
