Today, we're concluding the interview with fellow coach Giulia Fiore.

Her own confidence is infectious and she perpetuates ripples of positivity out into our community through her incredible work on mental health and helping build confidence.

Giulia is this episode we continue the discourse around courage, confidence, and self-esteem. Concepts that are inextricably linked and vital to achieving our goals and becoming everything we're born to be.

  • [01:47] Step 2 - Set and accomplish goals: Doing so is evidence of your confidence. Telling yourself you're confident without having anything to back it up is sheer arrogance. But neither is your value defined by your accomplishments.

  • [02:27] Know that you're enough just the way you are. But you can be more if you work on yourself. Strike a balance between self-acceptance and self-motivation to achieve more. Motivation should come from a place of good self-talk.

  • [03:37] Depression to anxiety is a continuum.

  • [04:31] Step 3 - Adjust your posture: Posture plays a part in how we feel. Taking deep breaths helps when we are anxious and to self-regulate.

  • [07:29] Step 4 - Remember past achievements: Take a step back and celebrate your achievements. Build your pride even from small goals. If it took an effort from you, then it's an achievement.

  • [09:41] Step 5 - Seek help: You can do the work by yourself. But working with a coach is like fast-tracking the work. Get help because it's okay.
